Today, Year 5 visited the Tate Modern to deepen their understanding and appreciation of abstract art and sculpture. 

Our academicians spent time focusing on line and colour and took inspiration for their own Miro-inspired sculptures.  Year 5 thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the Southbank and are grateful to all of the adults who supported the visit.  

You will be able to see Year 5's own sculpture work on display in the annual Angel Oak Art Exhibition later in the year!
